In its capacity as the Responsible Authority for the European Refugee Fund, the External Borders Fund and the European Return Fund, the Programme Implementation Directorate organises a Seminar in order to officially launch the 2007/2008-2013 Programming Periods and to provide a detailed explanation of the revised management and control systems.  Presentations are delivered by the EU Funding Unit within the Directorate, the Department of Treasury, the EU Paying Authority of the Ministry of Finance, the Economy and Investment, the Internal Audit and Investigations Directorate and the Department of Contracts.
