MAGISTRATE DR. CAROL M. ROCCO PERALTA M.A. (Human Rights), LL. D.

Dr. Carol Peralta was born in Sliema in 1952 and was educated at the St. Emily de Vialar School in Rabat (1958), De La Salle College (1963) and at the University of Malta where he graduated Doctor of Law in 1975 and MA Human Rights & Democratisation in 2002.

Dr. Peralta was called to the Bar in 1975 and was appointed Magistrate in April 1990.
