The Government believes that Legislation is a fundamental pillar of our society and therefore its dissemination should be engendered to provide citizens with the widest possible information. In this context, the Ministry provides online access to all Primary Legislation and most Subsidiary Legislation currently in force as well as other ancillary services related to legislation.

Currently the website offers a range of Legal Services intended for use by the Judiciary, members of the legal profession, students, researchers, the press and the public at large. Presently the services being offered relate to the following:

Amendments to the Primary Legislation approved by the House of Representatives are integrated on a daily basis within the original text so that the displayed text is the current version of the Legislation.
